Return Policy

You have up to 5 days to contact us about the return/exchange after receiving your product to allow exchange of another size of same product or a refund.

What is NON-RETURNABLE? - Any item bought in the SALE section - Accessories (Amalfi Scarves included) & Jewelry - Swimwear & Intimates  - Any item bought for 20% (or more) off.


How long do I have to make a return?

- Returns must be delivered to our facility within 5 days of the customer receiving their package in order to be issued a refund.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

- Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed & approved. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


What do I do if my item came faulty/damaged/different size from what I ordered?

- Please send an email to chicandrosesboutique@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package with details/photos and we will help you further. 


My item was damaged after wear/washing, what do I do?

-We are not responsible for damages if you fail to adhere to the suggested care instructions. We suggest to all customers to follow the care instructions in order to protect their items. 


What should I do if I want to return an item but live outside of the U.S. ?

-Customers that live outside of the United States are responsible for paying to ship their item back to us. Please still email  to chicandrosesboutique@gmail.com confirm return eligibility.

Exchanges: While we do not do direct exchanges you can start a return through our portal, and then use the Chic & Roses Boutique E-Gift Card (store credit) to buy a new item(s) in a new size and or color.


Damages and issues:  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at chicandrosesboutique@gmail.com  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a missing item, we will either send you the item within 1-3 business days once we have been notified or if the item is unavailable, we will send you a full refund which will be deposited back to you within (5-10 business days).
